  • Easy-to-use Single Log-on Entry Point: The new system integrates the old personal platform with the VIP platform into a unified system, providing a single log-on entry point for all E-banking customers. This setup allows for an easy-to-use operating process and a secured E-banking environment, offering a one-stop E-banking service platform for CMB customers.

  • Function Integration and New Page Design: The new Internet Banking platform has optimized and consolidated various E-banking functions, reducing the number of product-oriented functions on the menu. It includes a quick menu for easy access to frequently used functions like My Account, Transfer and Remittance, Account Management, Investment and Wealth Planning, Payments, and Credit Card services.

  • Personalized Function Names: Functions have been renamed for easier understanding and include personalized tags like ‘My Account,’ ‘My Folder,’ ‘My Deposit,’ and ‘My Loans.’ Information tips throughout the operating process help customers navigate and understand the services.

  • Upgraded Cross-bank Cash Concentration: The Cross-bank Cash Concentration function version 3.0 upgrades all concentrated account management functions and simplifies the agreement signature process. It also adds a credit-card-based automatic cross-bank settlement function, enabling customers to manage accounts in CMB or other banks more effectively and conveniently.

  • More Transfer/Remittance Options: The platform integrates various money transfer and remittance options, including single, multiple, appointed, SMS-based, email-based, and automatic cross-bank cash concentration functions. It also includes appointed time transfer, CMB inter-accounts transfer, and blacklist maintenance.

  • More Investment and Wealth Management Options: The platform provides new wealth management products and services, including regional wealth planning, paper gold/silver transactions, and savings bonds (pending government approval). These complement existing services like Funds, Personal Financial Planning, Online Stock Exchange, Precious Metals T+D, and Foreign Exchange Trade.

  • Distinctive SME Services: The platform offers optimized SME services, such as partner accounts, salary payment agents, corporate financial rooms, cross-bank corporate-to-personal transfer, and new loan products. It also includes functions like online loan releasing, purpose statements for small amount pledged loans, and detailed information inquiries for overdue loans.

  • Miscellaneous Payments: The platform supports nearly 50 new self-help payment services, including payment prompts and online order status inquiries. Customers can clear gas, water, power, and phone bills in a one-stop process and make payments for personalized services by urban districts.

  • All-inclusive Credit Card Services: The platform provides new credit-card-related services such as credit card installment applications, reporting lost cards, bank transfers with master and supplementary cards, and extended bill information inquiries. It also combines previous information billboard functions, allowing customers to access promotional and preferential activity information easily.

  • Multiple Security Tools: The platform features an upgraded security system supporting 2048-bit certificates and State Secret SM2 algorithm. It includes USB keys, dynamic password keys, SMS validation codes, security firewalls, multi-layered password validation, and background real-time monitoring, ensuring secure transactions.

  • Brand New Visual Design: The platform's new UI design adapts to different screen sizes and resolutions. It supports PCs with MS Win8 OS, MS tablets, Apple PCs, and tablets with MAC OS, offering both mouse-based and touch screen operations for a user-friendly experience.
