Application and Approval Process

1. New Customers: If you are opening a new account with a card or bankbook, visit one of our branches with a valid ID and complete the Application Form for Minsheng Union Pay Debit Card or other relevant forms.
2. Existing Customers: If you already have a card or bankbook, visit the branch with your valid ID to open the required savings account.
3. Online and Self-service: For customers with existing cards and bankbooks who need to open an account without involving cash transactions, we recommend using our online banking or other self-service paths for convenience.

Service Paths

You can handle your banking needs at any CMB branch, through our online banking platform, or via telephone banking. Our multiple service paths ensure that you have access to your accounts whenever and wherever you need it.
