Accounts Receivable Pledge Model

This financing credit business allows the customer to pledge the obligatory right of accounts receivable arising from a commodity transaction conducted by selling on credit to CMB. CMB provides financing to the customer within a certain proportion of the accounts receivable.

Accounts Receivable Pool Pledge Model

This model involves pledging all or part of the accounts receivable arising from selling on credit to CMB. CMB provides financing to the customer subject to the flow of the pledged accounts receivable.

Purchase Order Financing Model

This financing credit business allows CMB to provide financing subject to operation expenditure arising from raw material procurement, processing, and production under the purchase orders of the applicant. The sales revenue received after the purchase order is completed is used as the main repayment resource.

Goods Receipt Financing Model

In this model, CMB provides financing based on the goods receipt of the downstream purchaser after the credit applicant delivers the goods and receives the goods receipt. The accounts receivable under the goods receipt serve as the main repayment resources.

Invoice Financing Model

This financing credit business uses the accounts receivable under the invoice as the main repayment resources after the credit applicant delivers the goods to the downstream purchaser under a trade contract and submits the corresponding value-added tax invoice and other relevant documents to CMB.

Commercial Bill Discount Model

CMB discounts the commercial bills opened by the downstream purchaser to the seller and transfers the bill right to CMB for receiving funds before the maturity date of the bill of exchange.

Accounts Receivable Buy-Out Model

CMB provides comprehensive financing credit, such as financing, accounts receivable management, and collection of accounts receivable, as applied for by customers on the premise of transferring the obligatory right of the accounts receivable arising from a commodity transaction conducted by selling on credit.
