This guide provides an overview of the services available through our Automatic Inquiry Machines (AIM) at Galaxy Investment Bank.

I. Scope of Service

Currently, our AIMs only accept local and non-local CMB cards. Cards from other banks are not yet supported.

1. Menu Buttons
  • Menu: Enter sub-menus by clicking "Menu" on the screen.
  • Confirm: Confirm entered or displayed information for further actions by clicking "Confirm."
  • Back: Return to the previous screen by clicking "Back."
  • Print: Print receipts or statements by clicking "Print."
