Deposit Books

Deposit books are one of the earliest deposit certificates in China with a long history. The deposit book types include common bankbook, all-in-one fixed account, and all-in-one current account.

• Convenient Card and Bankbook Association: You can achieve more convenient transactions by associating your bank card with your deposit book.

Service Charges

• If you handle the business of canceling a bankbook, there are no fees involved.
• For handling deposits and withdrawals at different locations through a deposit certificate, charges will be based on the standard for common Minsheng UnionPay Debit Cards.

Application and Approval Process

1. You can go to a branch with a valid ID card and fill in the application form for the relevant business to open a bankbook.
2. To cancel a bankbook, visit a branch in the same city where the bankbook was opened and fill in the application form for the relevant business.
3. To change a bankbook without a password, go to the opening bank with a valid ID card. To change a bankbook with a password, visit a branch in the same city as the opening bank with the original bankbook.

Tips

• It is not possible to commission others to handle the business of changing a bankbook if it is full. For other businesses, the agent must present valid ID cards for both themselves and the depositor.
• If the Minsheng Debit Card has not been registered for 150 times, it must be used after handling the business of supplementing the register.
