Overseas Investment Loan
Overseas investment loans refer to loans in foreign currency or RMB provided by the China Minsheng Bank to meet the financing needs of Chinese enterprises (and their overseas subsidiaries) in their overseas investment or reinvestment activities.

Chinese enterprises and their overseas subsidiaries duly registered at relevant authorities.
