Short message service, thoughtful service: In accordance with the signed application, our bank will send a message to the payee when the money is remitted to the account payee; and if the remittance transaction fails, our bank also sends a message to signed customers.

Application and Approval Process

You can hold valid identity documents, CMB debit card master card, or all-in-one current passport to the service branch to sign, modify, or terminate the service of appointed payment; meanwhile, you must fill out the Application Form for the CMB Appointed Payment.

When signing the contract, you must fill out the correct information of the account payee (including the payee’s name, account number, the name of the beneficiary bank, the payee’s phone number, time, and amount, etc.) and others. The agreement shall become effective the next day after the agreement is signed; select “modify” transaction if you need to modify or cancel a single appointed remittance; select “terminate” transaction if you want to cancel all appointed remittances; upon the completion of the transaction, those operations of modification or termination shall take effect.

Each signed account can sign the service of appointed payment with multiple designated accounts payee, and each designed account payee can bind periodic or aperiodic remittance.

The appointed remittance is classified into aperiodic remittance and periodic remittance. If the aperiodic remittance is signed, you need to appoint the specific remittance date; and if the periodic remittance is signed, you need to select the remittance cycle and the specific remittance date. The optional remittance cycle is daily, weekly, or monthly. And if it is the weekly remittance cycle, the remittance date is from 1 to 7, and if it’s monthly remittance cycle, the remittance date is from 1 to 28.
